Let’s clean up, clean up, clean up,
This blotchy messy room
Before the master comes and for us make a terrific doom
Let’s begin with placing the bright red chairs,
Looking so cheerful with the printed white spotless hares
But do it quickly for master will come with his car zooming
And then he will do tremendously loud booming!
“You couldn’t even clean my room yet you fool!
And when I shout so loudly at you, how dare you remain so cool?”
Stop daydreaming, let’s come back to cleaning, let’s clean the bed!
Scattered with you name it,
Fabric, plastic, metal, wood,
Oh! not even an inch of vacant place where you stood!
Setting up, setting up with rocket soaring speed.
Hey, look at the fish bowl, someone fetch a few fresh weeds!
Now comes the turn of dirty stone floor! Scrub! Scrub! Scrub!
Bring a scrubbing brush and full of soapy water fetch a large sized tub!
Hey, all the work is done!
So now let’s relax and drink tea with a bun!
But…
KNOCK… KNOCK…
Hey, master’s arrived!
And so he won’t be deprived,
Of a clean tidy room,
And now, for us he won’t make a terrific doom!
